katma tui is a tough trainer: the re-up.

Jessica Cruz doesn't know what she did wrong to make the universe decide to give her notorious hardass Katma Tui as a teacher, but she knows it's a blessing and a curse. That is, the blessing is that she is learning a lot and Katma is nicer than the rumors make her out to be. The curse? She's got a particularly uncomfortable idea of what constitutes as "incentive" to work harder. Not that Jessica is particularly used to getting her underwear pulled to begin with, but this is something else entirely.

"Make a construct!" is all Katma barks, ignoring that Jess is currently not in position to do much of anything.

[ i didn't revise the story here at all, but! nobody told me it was a three day weekend. i feel alive! and so i did this really quick. i've had the sketch ready for two, three months, it's been looking at me, i've been looking at it and finally, finally i colored it. hopefully, you all like it.

oh, and also, don't know if i'm going to redo all my old drawings. some might not get done, in which case, i'm just gonna take them out of storage. my other other art style is different enough i don't have to worry about overlap, i think. ]
